I have contributed a
review article about
pEDMR to the book
"Charge Transport in
Disordered Solids with Applications in
Electronics"
edited by
Sergei Baranovski
published by Wiley
in August 2006.

We have investigated numerically the dynamics of spin-depedent transport and recombination through weakly coupled charge carrier pairs during coherent magnetic resonant excitation.
Read about this in Physical Review B.

11/19/2006
We have shown experimentally that spin-dependent recombination of a phosphorous donor electron into a silicon to silicon dioxide interface defect can be used as mechanism for a 31P phosphorous readout - read about this in NaturePhysics

06/08/2006:
We have received the delivery for a brandnew state of the art
pulsed EPR spectrometer, a four pulse channel Bruker Elexsys 580.
This is going to be the central piece of equippment in our newly built laboratory.
