Description of parameter files created by analysis follows:

Each record of the output of analysis.c contains all the parameters for all telescopes for a particular shower and a particular adc type.  The three possible adc types on the output of analysis, Fadc, Qadc, and Ntype (number of photoelectrons), correspond to the presence of such records in the output from grisudet.  Analysis.c detects these records and produces a corresponding output record if these input records are present.  


Description of output records:  each record contains the parameters for one shower and one

Shower 1, adc-type #1: (the following is a single record)

Shower Record:  Fields 1 through 12
  1:  event_id
  2:  adc_type (0   N-type, 1   Qadc, 2   Fadc)
  3:  modified Julian date (0 for simulations)
  4:  UT in hours (0.0 for simulations)
  
  5:  primary type (0 for data)
  6:  primary energy (0.0 for data)
  7:  primary y impact point on ground (0.0 for data)  
  8:  primary x impact point on ground  (0.0 for data)
  9:  primary x direction cosine (0.0 for data)
10:  primary y direction cosine (0.0 for data)
11:  primary x-tilt (0.0 for data)
12:  primary y-tilt (0.0 for data)

 Image parameters for telescope 1; if adc-type = 2, these are for sum1 (start_sum thru stop_sum[0])

We know this because the parameters are zero, except for alpha which is set to 180 degrees.  However, note that the sum2 parameters are NOT zero and actually have the same values as the previous telescope 4 parameter values in the previous shower.  Not resetting the parameter values avoids additional time resetting some large arrays so for now we are leaving this confusing output as is.  If the sum1 parameters are zero then you should ignore the second set.
