Crimson Laureate Society

The Crimson Laureate Society is a new group dedicated to promoting and advancing science and mathematics at the University of Utah. Members advocate for science in the community, make their voices heard, and have access to exclusive benefits and recognition opportunities.

If you are passionate about science, you know that physics and astronomy deepen our understanding of the physical world, and make real impacts in engineering, data science, biotechnology, and more. The Crimson Laureate Society is a unique opportunity to share this passion with like-minded individuals and show your dedication to upholding the value that physics and astronomy provide to our community.

Your gift of $100 or more to the Department of Physics & Astronomy will grant you full membership in the Crimson Laureate Society this year, while your contribution will serve to fortify the future of physics and astronomy education, research, and outreach at the University of Utah.

Join today by donating to one of Physics & Astronomy’s key funding areas:

Physics & Astronomy Outreach

By reaching out to our community, we create opportunities for education and science engagement throughout Utah.
Physics & Astronomy Scholarships

Scholarships improve students’ access to a physics education while recognizing their great academic potential.
Physics & Astronomy Graduate Fellowships

Graduate fellowships improve our ability to recruit graduate students and grow physics teaching and research at the U.
Physics & Astronomy Development

Gifts made to the Department of Physics & Astronomy support the areas of greatest need in education, research, and outreach.

If your passion is not listed here, the UGive website has many more ways to support the Department of Physics & Astronomy’s most important initiatives and programs.
