Participants will be staying at Snowbird's Cliff Lodge & Spa.
Participants must make their own hotel reservations.
The subsidized room rate for attendees is:
March 23-31: $164+tax
(normally $289/night)
(Below the Federal Max Lodging rate of $169/day for Park City during Jan. 1 - March 31)
April 1-2: $149+tax
(normally $289/night)
(Below the Federal Max Lodging rate of $91/day for Park City during April 1 - Dec 31)
(Mention either the "SNOWPAC" or "SNOWCLUSTER" workshop names for these special rates)
Hotel reservation deadline is JANUARY 1, 2010.
After
that date, special rate and availability not guaranteed.
Limited number of rooms available.

Please note that the above subsidized rates are for workshop participants/attendees only. The organizing committee and Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort reserves the right to cancel hotel reservations under this room block if the person reserving the room is not also registered for a workshop, or there is sufficient reason to believe that the person reserving the room is not a workshop participant/attendee.
