Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the rough start/ending times of the meeting?
A: The official schedule is not announced yet, so this is subject to change. Currently, the meeting itself (the oral presentations) will begin on Monday, March 12 at 8:00 AM and last until Friday, March 16 at 18:20 (6:20 PM). There will be free time everyday from approximately 12:00-16:20 (12:00-4:20 PM).

Q: Do I pay for the banquet separately?
A: Yes, you can pay separately at any time before March 12th, and you can pay for additional people as well. The registration website will give you an option to create a new badge for each person you wish to bring along.

Q: Are there discounted lift tickets?
A: Possibly. If so, prices will be posted closer to the conference start date. You will need to present your conference nametag at the ticket window to receive discounted lift tickets.

Q: When will we know if we got an invited talk or support?
A: We will make every effort to let everyone know of both results by the end of January.
