Does ET Exist? Exams: No Final Exam!
Exams:
· There are three exams. The format is 60 questions, multiple-choice.
· The exams are less difficult than the homework and I don’t curve their scores.
· Each exam is based on the material in the chapters, films and the lectures covered since the previous exam.
· Relevant chapters are listed in the syllabus.
·
There is no final, comprehensive exam for
this class!
Exam Makeup Policy:
· If you miss an exam and it is formally excusable (U sponsored conflict, Dr’s excuse, etc) then …
· With my approval beforehand, you may take the Makeup exam in class during its scheduled time! No exceptions!
· Examine the schedule below. If you know that you will miss two of these scheduled exams, you might not want to take this class!

· Note! Exams will be returned during the class that follows at least one working day after the exams were taken. Unclaimed exams are then placed in the wall folder outside my office (B5-JFB) where they will remain for 2 weeks during which time you may pick them up at your convenience.
