Hermitian adjoint

To take the Hermitian adjoint (complex-conjugate transpose) of the matrix we take the transpose and the conjugate in either order.

>>> print(E.conj().T)
[[ 1.-1.j  4.-4.j  7.-7.j]
 [ 2.-2.j  5.-5.j  8.-8.j]
 [ 3.-3.j  6.-6.j  9.-9.j]]
>>> print(E.T.conj())
[[ 1.-1.j  4.-4.j  7.-7.j]
 [ 2.-2.j  5.-5.j  8.-8.j]
 [ 3.-3.j  6.-6.j  9.-9.j]]
