The conference will take place June 5-11*, 2004, in Snowbird (Utah). Snowbird is a high altitude mountain resort in the Wasatch mountains approximately 30 minutes away from Salt Lake City. This is part of the series of conferences sponsored by the American Mathematical Society (AMS). The purpose of the conference is to bring mathematicians and physicists together to discuss topics of common interest. A partial list of topics to be covered can be found here. (*talks will take place June 6-10, but the participants are encouraged to arrive on June 5 and leave on June 11).
