NuFact 2022 is offering three different tours around Utah.

1. Antelope Island State Park / Great Salt Lake + Salt Lake City Tour

The tour will leave at noon from the Cliff Lodge. Boxed lunches will be provided. Participants will be brought to the Antelope Island State Park and get a chance to visit the great salt lake. On the return trip from the Antelope Island the tour bus will stop in Salt Lake City for a city tour. After the city tour participants can have dinner on their own in Salt Lake City. A bus will pick up participants in the evening to return them to the conference site. You can learn more about Antelope Island State Park here.

2. Visit to Cosmic Ray Center and the Telescope Array Detector

The tour will leave at noon from the Cliff Lodge. Boxed lunches will be provided.  Participants will be brought to the black rock mesa fluorescence telescope site and get a chance to see some scintillation surface detectors. Following the visits to the detector site, participants will be brought to Delta, UT to visit the Cosmic Ray Center and then have dinner in Delta, before returning to the conference hotel. 3. Big Cottonwood Canyon hike and Salt Lake City Tour

The tour will leave at noon from the Cliff Lodge. Boxed lunches will be provided and participants will enjoy one of the hiking opportunities in the Cottonwood Canyon. After the hike participants will be brought to Salt Lake City for a guided tour. After the city tour participants can have dinner on their own in Salt Lake City.
